Motivation Monday

Staying motivated during the slower summer months can be challenging when you want things to happen.

When business is slow it's the best time to try new things and learn more about your craft.

Learning new skills, putting new ideas into your business plan, and experimenting with new techniques will help you and your business grow.

This is the perfect time to take a class, read about new techniques, network with other artists, try out new ideas, and do some creative planning.

When your business gets busier you will be more motivated to accomplish your goals and ready to go with all your new ideas.

What are you taking the time to learn this summer?

  1. I'm learning how to crochet (as you know! ;), my girls and I are refurbishing a dollhouse and I'm getting lots of reading done! It's been great fun playing around with new ideas and keeping that creativity flowing, sales or no sales! :)
